We sold this property to one of our business neighbours for £285,000 (Before we had obtained our new A3/A5 licence). 
Unfortunately, after several months, and getting near to exchanging contracts, our buyer had to abort the sale due to illness.
When we put the property back on the market, we had a lot of enquiries from buyers who wanted to open a food business.
As we did not have the essential A3/A5 licence then, we were unable to guarantee that a licence could be obtained.
We eventually applied for the A3/A5 licence so that our daughter could open a food outlet here, but due to a  recent health problem, followed by a major operation, she has decided to wait until she is fully fit before taking on any new projects. As this may take quite a while, we have decided to sell up.
So we are now in a position to offer our property with a fully approved A3/A5  food licence, which also covers almost any kind of business, as well as food. We have lived here since 1998, and ran our business non-stop for over 20 years.
